MAINE FISHING ADVENTURES

Wild Fish. Wild Water. Maine.

There's something special about fishing in Maine.

Maybe it's watching a native brook trout rise on a quiet wilderness pond. Maybe it's wading a cold mountain river with nobody else around. Or maybe it's hooking a smallmouth on the Kennebec and wondering why a fish that size is pulling quite that hard.

Whatever your idea of a great day on the water looks like, we'll help you find it.

Pick Your Adventure.

Chase native brook trout with a fly rod.

Wade one of Maine's beautiful freestone rivers.

Explore a remote pond tucked away in the North Woods.

Or spend the day floating the Kennebec River for hard-fighting smallmouth bass and striped bass.

Experienced angler or picking up a rod for the first time — you're welcome.

We'll tailor the day around you, the conditions, and what's biting.

Don't Fly Fish? Who Cares?

Seriously.

You don't need to be an expert fly angler to have a great day fishing with us.

We provide quality spinning tackle and equipment and are happy to teach along the way.

The goal isn't to look good casting. It's to catch fish and have fun doing it.

Lunch Tastes Better Outside.

Want to make the day a little more Maine?

We'll pull up along the water and prepare a traditional Maine shore lunch, including freshly caught fish cooked over an open fire.

Good fishing. Great food. Beautiful country.

It's hard to beat.

Wings & Water

This might be our favorite way to experience Maine.

Spend part of the day chasing ruffed grouse and woodcock behind bird dogs, then put away the shotgun, grab a fishing rod, and head for the water.

Birds in the morning.

Fish in the afternoon.

Dinner and stories back at camp.

That's a pretty good day in Maine.

Few places allow you to combine truly wild upland hunting and outstanding fishing in the same trip.

Fortunately, we're in one of them.

Come experience Wings & Water with Maine Upland.
